Job Responsibilities
As a Project Leader (PL) for Salesforce projects, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assist in the overall management and coordination of project scope, master schedules, project plans, and more.
- Break down and specify detailed tasks based on business requirements and task summaries.
- Create documentation such as work reports, assign tasks to on-site members, and manage their progress.
- Conduct reviews of test perspectives, basic design documents, test specifications, Q&A feedback, and manage work quality. After the design phase, specifications will be communicated to the Vietnam-based project team, and the project will transition into offshore development under your supervision.
- Review deliverables before customer release and address any issues post-release.

Qualifications
[MUST-HAVE]
- Experience in Salesforce development or holding Salesforce certifications.
- Experience as a System Engineer (SE) in web-based/open-system development projects (2+ years).
[PREFERRED]
- Experience managing projects as a leader and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience in offshore development.
- Experience as an IT architect.
