Job Description
Background of Recruitment
As the demand for engineers supporting IT infrastructure continues to grow, the IT industry faces a serious challenge: a shortage of skilled talent. Since its founding in 2000, ISFnet has been committed to “hiring full-time employees with an emphasis on personality over technical skills” and fostering a unique approach to education aimed at transforming “human resources into human capital.” These initiatives have placed us at the forefront of addressing talent shortages within the IT industry.
Building and maintaining networks and the underlying infrastructure that supports technology is a business that remains essential regardless of how times change.
